For the occasion were invited Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark Princess Mary and Their children, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden with her daughter, Princess Estelle, and The Hereditary Grand Duke and Hereditary Grand Duchess of Luxembourg.
The meeting took place at the Norwegian royal summer residence on the island of Tjøme.
It is not the first time that the heirs to the European thrones meet, last time we were delighted with a photo group was in 2013 just before the coronation of King Willem Alexander of the Netherlands
Since then, three of them were crowned: Prince Willem Alexander (now King of the Netherlands), Prince Albert (now King of Belgium) and Prince Felipe (now King of Spain).
Could this mean that soon there will be a new coronation? Doubtful .... King Carl Gustaf of Sweden and the Grand Duke of Luxembourg in my opinion are too young to abdicate, Margrethe (as my friend Lourdes from Tesouras & Tiaras says) is like Queen Elizabeth II: "Until death"!
And King Harald of Norway ??? ...... :)
However, is always great to see their sincere reciprocal friendship!
