Prince Carl Philip and Sofia Hellqvist Wedding Part III: Royal Guests Fashion

Since red is my favorite color I will start by

Queen Margrethe of Denmark
She wore the red dress that had worn for the party of her 75th birthday and The Baden Palmette Tiara, perfect for a wedding, the tiara is composed of a pattern of small diamond hearts and flowers at the base with yellow stone in the center.

Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik
I really like the dress worn by Mary (as always).
I love this color and the large embroidery at the center of the dress makes it precious, she wore her wedding tiara and earrings (that she wore at her wedding too) and pearl bracelets - For the Swedish wedding the tiara were added the pearls.
Beautiful hairstyle, embellished with a jewel in the hairdo, although with a tuft so crushed on the face I would have risked having a nervous breakdown before the end of the evening!

Princess Marie of Denmark
Absolutely beautiful the color of this dress by Alberta Ferretti, her Diamond Tiara Floral and Jimmy Choo shoes (I'm not entirely sure about this but I think I have already seen these shoes on Marie).

Queen Sonja of Norway
Perhaps the Queen Sonja was afraid to go unnoticed .... so she decided to get spotted even from the space!  ...  she has previously worn this dress... and each time it's more and more horrible. To save the look (not much) Queen Maud's Pearl and Diamond Tiara

Princess Mette Marit of Norway
I have not yet figured out if I like this outfit.  I think I really like her skirt, a little less the top. The Tiara is always the same: The Diamond Tiara Daisy, beautiful earrings diamond, the back is removable, in fact, the Princess has worn them in various combinations.

In the hair Mette had two jewels that I later discovered (Thanks to Michel Berganini) they are two earrings.

Princess Martha Loiuse
Very nice dress, she wore The King Olav Gift Tiara and a pair of beautiful earrings (which I love)

Earrings from HiD - a norwegian jewellery designer.

Princess Hisako Takamado
She has stunning embroidery on her dress! Beautiful jewels and a particular brooch

Sophie, Countess of Wessex
Sofia's dress is a gift she received during her recent trip to Prague, very beautiful and elegant in its simplicity. Really wonderful choice of jewel The Aquamarine Wessex Tiara that was a wedding gift from Prince Edward.

Queen Maxima of the Netherlands
To me she was the "perfection".   Perfect dress, the same worn the inauguration dinner of King Willem Alexander, by Jan Taminiau ( I love it!) Perfect "Mellerio Ruby Parure" a combination of rubies and diamonds to make your head spin! Even her hairdo in my opinion was very nice, Maxima looked out of a painting of '900 ... absolutely wonderful!

Queen Mathilde of Belgium
Very lovely color of her dress with a soft line and embellished by Diamond Brooch Pampille belonged to the Queen Fabiola and her Nine Provinces Tiara

Princess Tatiana of Greece
Tatiana has chosen a dress for Celia Kritharioti with applications and stones that seem to form rhombus on the skirt, very nice. Her tiara is still unknown, perhaps a new or borrowed for the occasion, not too big, delicate and cute. Very beautiful her earrings, three drops with central diamond.

Marie Hellqvist
She is not a Royal,  Marie is mother of the bride, the new Princess of Sweden, Sofia Hellqvist.
Ms. Marie looks very stylish with her outfit, I love this color, very beautiful the  lace top with applications.

If i was in her place, however, I would have made a quick jump in a hairdresser!

That's all friends! And you? What was your favorite? I wait for your opinions !!

  2. Totally with you regarding Queen Sonja's dress (ugh! My eyes hurt just looking at it) and the mother of the bride's hair (you'd think she could have afforded a trip to the hairdresser's!).
My favourites were Princess Takamado and Queen Mathilde!
